Meet Dr. Jeff Slota
Originally a grade 2/3 teacher and personal trainer, his experiences with chiropractic care as a young AAA athlete sparked a realization: health isn’t something that just happens to us—it’s a way of life we actively pursue.
A Love of Learning
Dr. Jeff’s commitment to learning is evident in his impressive educational background:
- BA in Kinesiology (Honours) from the University of Western Ontario
- B.Education (Primary/Junior, Physical Education) from the University of Windsor
- Doctorate of Chiropractic from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College
This blend of kinesiology, education, and chiropractic expertise uniquely positions Dr. Jeff to understand and care for patients of all ages.
Specialized Skills for Comprehensive Care
Always striving to provide the best care possible, Dr. Jeff is a hands on chiropractor and has also expanded his skill set with additional training, becoming Activator certified and Thompson Drop Table trained. Dr. Jeff is excited to share that he has performed over one million adjustments in his over 20 years adjusting spines! With this experience he is confident that he can get to the root of your problem and help you get back to the things you love.
Dr. Jeff’s passion lies in family care. As a father of four, he understands the importance of maintaining health at every stage of life. His experience as an educator shines through in his patient interactions, making complex health concepts accessible to all.
Outside of the Practice
When he’s not helping patients achieve their health goals, you might find Dr. Jeff taking a canoe trip, working out in the gym, playing hockey, and perhaps his favorite pastime of all-spending time with his four children. He coaches competitive soccer and Nationals hockey in London Ontario.
