WHAT IS TECH NECK?

When you look down or at an angle for prolonged time.  This causes abnormal weight, stress, asymmetry, and abnormal muscle firing of your neck and thoracic muscles.  This posture, when done repeatedly over time, will cause damage to important structures like joints, discs, nerves, and arteries.

Surfing the internet, checking emails, watching videos, or texting.  Whether it's at home. in bed, in a chair, or at a desk, this habit will cause problems if not addressed.

Tech neck will cause premature aging and abnormal wear patterns on your spine.  Prolonged tech neck and poor posture causes all kinds of problems that can be very serious which can interfere with work, leisure, and home life.
